What are the payment and Funimate terms? Payment for your Funimate Pro subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account after the free trial ends. Your subscription will automatically renew and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. If you purchase your subscription during the free trial period, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited.

Funimate PRO is auto-renewing. What does that mean? It means your PRO membership will be renewed automatically, unless it is cancelled by you.

Will I have access to new effects in future releases? Yes! We will be introducing new video and touch magic effects all the time and as long as you are a PRO user, you will always have access to them.

How do I cancel Funimate PRO subscription?
Go to Settings on your device, then select “iTunes & App Store” and select your Apple ID. After that select “View Apple ID” and select “Subscriptions”. You will see all the subscriptions you have, choose the Funimate PRO subscription and select to cancel it. Please note deactivating your funimate account or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

I already purchased effects earlier. Why would I be a Funimate PRO user? As we value our existing users who made a purchase earlier, all the paid effects included in the earlier purchase are still available without a need to be a PRO member, even though new users need to be a PRO member to use these effects. With the new PRO membership, you will have access to all the touch magic effects, video effects, collab effects, removing the Funimate watermark and a PRO badge on your profile.

What happens when I have multiple Funimate accounts on the same phone? If you purchased Funimate PRO subscription with one Funimate account, all the accounts on the same device can use all the PRO effects. You can also transfer your PRO badge to another account by going to Settings->Funimate PRO
